Recomendación CM Rec(2016)3 del Comité de Ministros del Consejo de Europa (CoE) sobre
los Derechos Humanos y las empresas
El Comité de Ministros es la unidad ejecutiva del Consejo de Europa (CoE), formado por los representantes diplomáticos, con rango de embajador, de los 47 Estados miembros.
La Recomendación CM/Rec(2016)3 ha sido elaborado por el CDDH (Comité Director de Derechos Humanos) formado por representantes de los Estados miembros y personal del CoE y que incluye a M. Jean-Bernard MARIE, el cual forma parte del Grupo de Trabajo Derechos Humanos, Codesarrollo y Migraciones, animado por la Red Europea¹.
El documento consta de 70 recomendaciones no vinculantes que el Consejo de Europa envía a los Gobiernos de sus Estados miembros para que las incorporen total o parcialmente en su legislación.
No podemos olvidar que las religiones, aunque de carácter privado, nunca han renunciado a su dimensión pública, con una presencia determinante en la vida social. Y esto porque, en el centro de su mensaje, suele anidar un rico proyecto humanista al que no pueden renunciar a fuer de perder su sabor y convertirse en algo totalmente insípido.

Activities of the Movement "We are Church" (WaC)
- March 13-15, 2015: WaC Austria hosts the Council of IMWAC (International Movement “We Are Church”) and a preparation meeting for Council 50 in Vienna.
- April 13-17, 2015: Martha Heizer from WaC and Helmut Schüller participate in the 2nd international meeting of initiatives of catholic pastors in Limerick, Ireland.
- April 18, 2015: Annual conference of WaC in Salzburg.
- June 17, 2015: WaC demonstrates on the occasion of the ending mass of the Austrian bishops conference in Mariazell and asks the bishops they should dare to follow the pope.
- September 25-26, 2015: 20th anniversary of WaC, “Feier mit Feuer” (Celebration with Fire) in Salzburg.

The European network Church on the Move commits itself importantly in the project Council 50: - Five members of the EN-RE participated actively in the organization team : Henk Baars, François Becker, Vittorio Bellavite, Raymond Godefroy, Christian Weissner. This team met 6 times in Rome and once in Vienna. - The treasurer of the project is Jean Pierre Schmitz who opened a special account; - An important work of translation was supplied by Raquel Mallavibarrena for Spanish and Sigrid Grabmeier for German. - An important help was supplied by Mauro Castagnaro for the contact with the communities of Latin America and by Didier Vanhoutte for the groups of Asia. What makes at least 10 people.strongly involved.

François Becker, Hugo Castelli Eyre, Robert Simon, and Fernand Jehl participated in the three sessions of the conference of INGOS of the Council of Europe in June 2014, in January and June 2015. They were present also at three other sessions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (pace) in September 2014, in March and September 2015, for the meetings of the working groups. These periods have held meetings of CINGO, organizations International Non governmental Christian who have participatory status.
In addition, through François Becker, the European network was present:
at the conference organized by the Committee of Ministers:
